Lyle has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MA in
Organizational Management. As an engineer he has worked in Quality Assurance, Facility and System Operations, Systems
Engineering, and Information Technology and Management. He is a U.S. Navy Submarine Service veteran having served on
the USS James Monroe (SSBN-622) as a Reactor Operator.
This diverse background gives Lyle special insight into
integrated home systems and a dedication to attention to detail that others might overlook. Lyle is committed to total
customer satisfaction and strives to work closely with his customers before, during and after the inspection.
His
wife, Teresa Salazar-Kerstiens, is a native northern New Mexican and is the co-owner and Operations Manager of Paisano Inspection
Services.
